Right, I've been looking for information on cinemas on here and I thought it might be a good idea to have one thread dedicated to recommendations for cinemas.

To start with, here is a list of THX certified screens in the UK:

    Cambridge Picture House
    39-39 St. Andrews Street
    Cambridge CB2 3AR
    United Kingdom
    Screens: 1

    Curzon Soho
    99 Shaftesbury Avenue
    London W1D 5DY
    United Kingdom
    Screens: 1-3

    Liverpool Picture House
    FACT Centre
    88 Wood Street
    Liverpool L1 4DQ
    United Kingdom
    Screens: 1

    Stratford Picture House
    Salway Road Stratford
    London E15 1BN
    United Kingdom
    Screens: 4

    Warner Bros West End
    3 Cranbourne St
    London WC2H 7NA
    United Kingdom
    Screens: 5,7

    York Picture House
    Coney Street
    York Y01 9QL
    United Kingdom
    Screens: 1

    Cinemas with Digital Screens:

    Odeon Leicester Sq - (London)
    22 - 24 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LQ (0871 22 44 007)

    UCI Empire - (London)
    Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7NA (08700 10 20 30)

    The Ritzy Cinema - (London)
    Brixton Oval, Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, London, SW2 1JG (020 7733 2229)

    Gate Cinema - (London)
87 Notting Hill Gate, Notting Hill, London (020 7727 4043)
    NOT showing Episode III

UCI - The Filmworks Manchester - (Manchester)
    Printworks Centre, 6-8 Dantzic Street, Manchester, M4 2AD (08700 10 20 30)

    Cornerhouse - (Manchester)
    70 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5NH (0161 200 1500)

I have been looking for decent cinemas for Revenge of the Sith, but it seems that only FACT and the York Picture house are showing them, both are a long way away from me!

If everyone could start listing their recommendations it would be great, to start with I'd like to recommend:

East Anglia - UCI Cinema, Norwich

Haven't been in a while now but the main screen was always very good with 8 channel SDDS and a big screen and decent picture.

Sorry if this has been done before by the
way but i couldn't find a decent thread on the topic!
