The channels disappear on Panasonic Oled TX-65HZ1500

I have a Panasonic Oled TX-65HZ1500 since June 2021. I use this TV with a digital card (DVB-C). Sometime all the channels disappear and I have to manually update again to get everything back. Why do the channels disappear? Is it a bug or a hardware problem with my TV set? I can see on various forums that I am not the only one with this problem.

Do you have the same concern and have you managed to solve it?

I had similar symptoms on a JZ-1500. They disappeared after I "disabled" DVB-T.
I understand it's a different TV but I hope it might help you. Good luck.
