Has anyone seen The Cell with Jenifer Lopez
is it worth buying ? Or that football film
with Gene Hackman and Keanu Reeves can't
    remember the title.

The Cell - only one word to describe it: Sh!t. Can't believe I paid £19 for my friend and myself to watch it. But then again I don't watch many different types of movies. I tend to stick within comedy, suspense and drama with the odd brainless action flick.

As for the Keanu Reeves film (The Replacements?), I don't know how you find him as an actor. To quote Cartman, "He can't act his way out of a rat's ass"

BTW the I haven't seen the Matrix.

The above are just my tuppence worth on the movies in question.

I agree THE CELL is excrement. THE REPLACEMENTS is mildly amusing due to the pressence of Gene Hackman and Orlando Jones. Orlando Jones was great in LIBERTY HEIGHTS too, as a small time thug who who hit on the numbers game for big money. THE CELL is pathetic, I saw it in the theatre. I couldn't wait for it to end so I could go to dinner. Don't waste squat on it. See LIBERTY HEIGHTS instead. Keanu Reeves should go back to playing the only part he's good at, was it Bill or Ted? Despite him, THE REPLACEMENTS has a few lite laughs. I liked it, but I don't highly recommend it. Football, thu face/knee/shoulder/neck,ect. smashing kind deserves this jest. Americans have a jones for this sport..... Best wishes!

Darn, just ordered The Cell too!!

Let's hope NewLine pull out the stops and give us a DVD packed full of stuff to gloss over the poor film.

Ono, the film features some beautiful computerizes "dream" sequences. That's the only thing good I can say about it.....
