the best 37 inch hd tv thats supports 1080p under £400

hi its my birthday coming up and my parents are buying my old tv off me for £200 and i am then going to chip in £200 of my own money and that is all i have got at the moment please can you help me find the best tv for me that has all the things said in the title thank you

you'll get a 32" but be pretty hard pushed to find a (2009) 37" that's any good....
