You know that deal where you fill in a questionnaire and they send you Casino Royale and Batman? Does anyone have a number that i could ring to pester them. And / or stories of what it will take for me to get them to honour the deal. I filled in the questionnaire in around mid december.

Just forget about it and it will appear, I got mine in about 3 weeks of applying for it. Don't forget Christmas was quite a busy time for hardware sales they maybe getting quite a lot demands for the freebies.

I registered December 15th. My '28 working days' was up on Tuesday but I still haven't seen any discs. Sony told me quite openly that when you registered has no bearing on when the discs will be sent. They simply "grab a huge batch to process" (their words) with no nod to any sort of pecking order, which is why some folk have been waiting for over two months and others have had the discs within a couple of weeks. There's currently a note on my details on their system saying my discs will be despatched Feb 2nd.

08705 111 999 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. That is the number I used, and mighty helpful they were too. They can tell you via their screens whether you have successfully completed the questionnaire, which seems to be the key to getting the free discs.

I registered on the 3rd Jan and got them yesterday.

Player registered 15/12. I got the email offering me the Spiderman trilogy and POTC trilogy sets as alternatives on Jan 30th. Accepted the offer and was told last Wednesday that they had been sent out on Monday Feb 2nd. Gave it a week, still no discs, so phoned again. Now told that it's changed again to Spiderman trilogy, Kingdom Of Heaven and Simpsons and that it will be another two weeks. Told them no thanks and fired off a rant to their CS. Absolute jokers.

So as an update - I got my Blu Rays through the post two days ago. Roughly 3 months after registering. The problem seemed to be that they don't see the questionnaire as being enough, they want you to ring and chase them up. The above number worked great, they asked me to confirm some details, and told me they would pass on a message to the people who deliver them.

I got them after about 21 days. I got the Simpsons and the Spiderman Trilogy - Not bad!

Still waiting for mine since November. Phoned them twice and still no joy. Given up TBH.

Yeah I still haven't received mine (bought 27th Nov), though I did receive an invitation to extend my warranty to three years, so it'll be hard for them to say I didn't fill the form in properly unless they argue they did found my name, home address and purchase date by mind-reading!!!
