I bought a PSP from Argos on Thursday. The first one was defective and I went to argos to exchange for another. This one had a loose right trigger and the battery pack did not close properly. Argos had no other stock left. I phoned up Sony Hardware support and the customer rep promised to get another one out to me on Monday.

Low and behold at 8.00 the courier turned up with a baby pink box which had the PSP in it - good condition no pixels. Pity he collected the old psp though

Just thought would let other members know that if you have any problems sony hardware support are very helpful

When the PSP is more widely available, you could always do a switcharoo with a UK one at say Argos (or any other place with not so knowledgable people with regards to games). Buy one, switch, refund!
