Thanks to those who helped me previously esp jont. The kids love the imac G3 and it runs perfectly with osx panther on it.

I do have a little question though - Are there any programs available to limit internet/web site access?

Just get firefox (free) and change the pref's for various content

You can also enable parental controls within safari ... take a look here to see what else you can do to restrict access ... http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/family/
