Yup, me too. Mine have arrived just today. No invoice yet:rolleyes: :) .
But it should be £47.10 for my 10m run of component cables. Look good, will be trying them tonight.

Cheers to Joe and Gerard at the Media Factory for sorting them out.

Carl, forgot to mention, when you fit your mounting plate to your projector make sure you have enough clearance to remove the airfilter :)

    You guys must be nuts!

£40-£60 for a cable and you are thanking your lucky stars??

Do you know how much that cable cost to manufacture? Try < £5.

And do you know how much your picture quality will be improved over a good cable costing a tenner. Try zero.

Cables arent magical. They follow the rules of physics regarding R, I, and V. According to those rules your cable would have to be over 100 meters long before the 'better' quality kicks in.

You are quite correct but where Joe / Gordon and others differ are they:

Offer the correct 75 Ohm cable carefully chosen
    They correctly terminate it
They supply exactly the length you require
    They make it correctly
    They give excellent service
They take all the hassel out buying slightly different cabes for punters (no 1m Scarts here)
They do it a VERY fair price.

The number of people here who think that they need to spend £300 on video cables is worrying. These guys offer quality at a fair price. The customers are satisfied.

ps video quality will be effected, not by the cable per se but by poor connections and poor joints loads more than say the cable. This is why these guys are valued. This is where the addition cost come in. Cable is cheap, plugs and some time to wite them up aren't. I charge £75 / hr .:D

I have 3 runs of cable at 30m. 6 phono plugs and it's all pre terminated too.

If I did it myself I'd reckon on something like 30m of cable x £1.50 per metre = £45(if it was even of the same quality).

    6 RCA = £10 easily

A solder iron, solder etc (which I have) is more cost.

I bought it all for £47. Not bad is it Indio?

Just let me know how you could have done it more cheaply at such a high standard.
