    After sending my RelQ201E off in the post guess wot happened, Yep the Royal Mail trusty service people damaged it, it seems the front baffle was loose possibly caused by dropping the parcel, anyways Sevenoaks said id need to claim insurance off the Royal Mail to cover the cost of a new cabinet which would be 183 quid inc delivery (( the original problem was the subwoofer had started distorting it seems the internal amplifier had failed and this was covered by the guarantee ))

    To cut to the chase i sent an email to REL who have agreed to replace the cabinet free of charge and i can't tell you how happy i am thats great customer service, i think certain companies could learn from REL as there was no fuss they have just acted in the best interests of one of their customers :)
