Currys delivered my TH37PV500 on Saturday replacing one with a whistling noise coming from the right speaker. Started up the new one, no whistling, no dead pixels 
I changed the power on preference to AV as I use Sky to watch most programs. On Sunday morning I turned on the TV to be greeted by a picture with green blocks of interference covering most of the picture I swithced to freeview, perfect picture and then back to sky, green blocks were gone! No problems throughout the day. Turned on the tv this morning, the same problem. However just changing the aspect ratio from auto to 16.9 got rid of them. So it seems like a problem that only occurs when powering up the TV with a preference of AV, no problems at all during 10+ hours of viewing. Any ideas?
