    Can anyone give me some advice on the quality of this screen, or point me to some reviews.

    Also can it receive a high def signal via some sort of connection box?

    Analogue HD only via component (1080i signals only) for 720p needs to be front panel VGA for RGBHV
    In short a real pain in the rear and a bit of a lemon when it comes to a 50"a 50PHW7 is far better the newer pannies PV500 and PHW8 also much better buys as is the Fujitsu P50XHA40US unless your being offere it for under £3k i would walk away and even at £3k it could be a very costly mistake probably panasonics worst plasma of the last 5 years..........

    Oh well, worth a try. Noticed it was now hitting the 2999 mark with a cabinet stand.
