I really want this screen. What solution is there for using 2 speakers only?
Dont want to spend over £250 for the panasonic speakers if I can get an amp setup for less....

Dont want surround as the Mrs will not have speakers on walls etc. Room is not set well for 5.1

So this panel has an internal amp?

So all I would need is th panel, various connections and a decent speaker set?

Yes indeed. The amp is 10wpc, and will drive some basic but decent stereo speakers from the likes of Richer sounds no problem. It has chunky spring clips to connect with, and a volume control on the remote. simple. BTW have you considered architectural speakers? ie built in to walls or ceiling? There's a surround solution to every room, it's less fussy than stereo, at least for basic systems. Or else show her www.anthonygallo.co.uk and see what she thinks.

Whoops. I think I am getting a big screen cos I am soooo blind.

Are the spring clips like the ones on back of most stereos where you put the bare speaker wire in?
I could move my stereo over to near the screen. It should be a nice match.
Will probably do me til I get more money.

that is if the springs are like that.

If I cant get it solved I am going for the PX11 tomorrow.

There is a deal going for the PW7 with Toshiba home cinema SD44 with the component/svideo/composite board built in and wall bracket for £1800.

then you dont have to worry about the speakers.

Hard to find but ilgs and ebuyers are running it.
