TH-42PW7B, SKY+, Mediabox and Denon DHT500SD

    Phew.... that the title over and done with....

    With the above information, I understand that the panny mediabox (offer from AV-Sales) is only an analogue convertor thing, thus my SKY+ source will not look it's best. Therefore would I be better off connecting the Sky + box into the DENON DHT500SD which has progressive scan and then outputting to the mediabox?

    err dont use the denon to convert sky...(dont even know if it will.......) connect denon to component and Sky via RGB scart

    Thanks hornydragon (never thought i would use that phrase!!) :)

    What about all the problems I have been reading about sky+ on a plasma? I have an Amstrad Sky+ box installed about 4 months ago.

    lip sync is a potential issue partly due to Sky broadcasts and processing/connections, look for an AV amp with audio delay
