    I have an iPhone 6 on BT network, I can send and receive texts to and from around the world.
    I can text my next door neighbour who is on EE network but I'm unable to text another neighbour who is also on BT but I can receive texts from them
    Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a cure for this anomally

    Has he accidentally blocked your number, it’s the most logical explanation.

    That indeed, or the neighbour has still got an activated iMessage account but not on that phone...The message then gets automatically routed to that black hole...A lot of people seem to forget to switch it off when changing phones...
