TEVION LCD4202 just red light blinking

Hi

I have changed all the capacitors and the ic's but still the tv will not come on-I've been told to change the zener diodes (ZD201,R09,q202 they test ok) but I cant work out their values. Can anybody suggest where the fault may lay or secondly have a schematic for the power supply unit?
