There is a long thread on the 27" LCD, I believe that the warrenty was not provided by Medion, like it is with the latest 32" LCD TEVION TV. I hope you can find the phone number here, but from memory the "support" was not highly regarded by owner's that tried to use it.

    Hi,

Bought mine at the end of FEB also. It packed up about a 3 weeks ago (wouldn't switch on) and took it straight back to ALDI for an immediate refund.

    Cheers

I am also in a similar position. My tv is also exhibiting various faults. In addition to the constant aspect ratio switching, it keeps scrolling off through the various modes which is *extremely* annoying when you are trying to watch something.

Has anyone got any idea of a suitable replacement (similarily specified or better) for this set? Hopefully at a similar price point :)
