Teufel Column 300

Looking for a 5.1 system for £400-£700...to pair with Pioneer 920 amp...

saw Tannoy 101s looking good....

then came across these teufel 300.. about £550

anybody have experence of this make and these speakers specifically? look good on paper..literally LOOK GOOD!

are these "bright" or "warm"

any other suggestions?

Teufel are well-respected in Germany, but not very well-known in UK. Since they give you an 8 week home trial at no risk, you could just take the plunge and try the Columa 300. if you don't like them, just return them (no cost).
