Have recently received two lots of 2 disk orders from Tesco (OK - making the most of their Disney BOGOF -£5 double deal :D ).

The packaging is pretty good with the 2 dvds in a plastic tray and this in turn is inside a cardboard box. This means the dvds don't get dented in the post, the box is no longer dvd size or shape, and it's just a little too big to go through most letterboxes so that the postman rings the doorbell rather than forcing it through the letterbox.

I had a game come through from Tesco a year or so ago and it was in a plastic tray inside a cardboard box, best type of packaging I have seen as most places would have just stuck it in a jiffy back.
