terminator ultimate edition - discs problem!!

having just caused havoc in asda a comment might help others

went to buy it this morning - found that most of the stock in my local asda had a problem in that the discs were not attatched to their clips with resulting scratches etc

i doubt this is a local problem - so best you check before you buy at any outlet

a mate of mine bought the ultimate edition of t2 from asda ages ago, both discs hard scratches on them, so he went back couple of months later saw it on sale for 7.99.
so took it back but lost the recipt, cut a long story straight he proved he had bought it when he threw another copy at the woman behind the customer service desk and told her to open it.
low and behold more scratches, found out every one of them had scratches.

seems like a lot of duff discs etc at the moment

just bought this am the limited 'tin' of night of the living dead from tesco - got home and removed shrink wrapping - tin scratched to hell

another trip back for a replacement

thank god it was not an import!!
