Temporary outdoor Xmas light fixings

Could you fix a catenary wire from one side to the other and cable tie to that?

Get a couple of ground spike LED/laser pattern lights and project onto your walls.

Or.....

Sling a support wire between windows to suspend your lights

Or....

Do what I do and don’t bother (bah, humbug)

Issue is, the cowboy developers have rendered the front on top of what I suspect was pebble dash before.

The only reason I think this is the sides are pebble dash and the front render seems very thick. It's solid as hell but I don't want to risk drilling into in case I start damage that then leads to more.

A small hole drilled surely won't cause any major crack. Add rawl plugs and screw in temporary metal cup hooks, that can be removed after Christmas.
Or don't bother at all, and go for the projector lights? Sounds like a lot of grief just for a light show.
