    Hi all,
I recently acuired a Telex P200 projector from a friend.
The problem is that the image on the screen has a red tint on the right side. I took the projector apart to clean the dust inside and noticed that there was a piece of glass (filter?) inside the lcd module with what looks like a hard tinted film attached to it. This glass or film has that red smudge on the right side, i assume it's from the heat of the lamp after long periods of use. Anyways, i would like to know what this piece of glass is called and what it does because no image is projected without it. I also would like to know if it's possible to buy a new one and from where, maybe build one or even better to clean it?

    Thanks...
