Mine arrives tomorrow and I was just wondering, does it output RGB scart?

Also, does it have component in ports? I know thats a long shot but I want to hook my DVD player up to it through component as my telly doesn't have those ports.

    Thanks

RBG out and RGB passthrough yes, component no

if you only have one RGB input on your TV you can daisy chain the DVD player and Telewest box togther and only use one input...therefore getting RGB for DVD AND Cable

You will need to set RGB in the both the DVD setup and Cable TV settings

thanks, but my DVD player doesn't have an RGB port. It's a hong kong model.

I guess a new DVD player is on the cards then.

When you say daisy chain, do you mean DVD into digibox into TV? Does this degrade the DVD pic at all?

I have 2 RGB ports but the other is being used for my Xbox & Gamecube.

dont think it degrades much, even if it does, at least it is degraded RGB which in general is much better than composite or svid :)

remember you need to set the scart to RGB (from composite) in the OSM
