Two things really. When this device records programmes it displays by the name of the channel, i want it to display the name of the programme.

Problem is that the advice the book gives to use the <> keys is redundant as they do not work.

Help me please!!!!!!!!!!

Are you saying the left and right direction keys do not work when in the Guide?

Where are you setting the programmes to record? If you set them in the "Guide" by highlighting the programme and pressing the "Record" button then you will get the programme name in the recordings "Library". If you set a manual Timer in the Timers List then you will only get the Channel information in the Library.
