    Hi all,
Has anyone ever had any dealings with Techtronics.com? If so, what were your opinions of them?

    Best wishes

I bought a DVD player and my father in law also purchased one some time after. Pre sales they are pretty good, but after sales they are a bit slow and insist in organising collection of any returns themselves. Some people have had problems with this, but when my father in law's DVD player refused to play R1 discs out of warranty, the return was fairly painless. We were only charged for the courier each way, albeit £22, since the fault was with the multimod. If the player was at fault, out of warranty repair would be £40 something per hour + courier.

I bought my Toshiba RD-XS32 from them a few weeks ago.
They were not the cheapest, but only by a few pounds and had the merit of having it in stock.

They seemed reliable and the item arrived as expected.
The only frustrating thing was that they only update their order tracking info late at night, this made tracking the order not quite as easy as it should have been.

However, the recorder arrived safe and in one piece with no signs of damage.
    I'd consider using them again.
