I've had a problem with my AH500 amp, which has been switching on and off intermittently. It now won't switch on at all.

I've checked the fuse just in case and it's OK.

The rest of the system is also OK.

    Anyone had a similar problem?

I had a similar problem with a chord amp. Turned out to be a dodgy connection in the power circuit. Had to send it back to Chord in the end. Is your amp under warranty?

    Unfortunately the warranty is up.

I was thinking that it sounds like a faulty power switch.

Still worth contacting TEAC. They may still be able to offer advice.
