I could have sworn I did a post on this.

Anyhoo, it's had more release dates that Myra Hindley but it finally looks like it's getting a June 2022 release.

It's a great film and easily one of my favourite Bogdanovich films pictures. I just hope the BFI give it the lub it deserves.

Seen that, very disappointing especially since I pre-ordered it @ £11.99.

Probate issues may be the reason. The new owner of rights to the materials has not been decided yet which can take forever.

This is back on, set for release on 25th September 2023

BFI: This autumn we will also be releasing Peter Bogdanovich’s Targets. This cult, low-budget gem is acknowledged as one of the best debut features of the 1960s. As many BFI Blu-ray fans will know, our previously scheduled release of Targets was unfortunately cancelled, so we are especially delighted to confirm this Blu-ray release for 25 September. The release is sure to delight fans and is packed with new and archival extras.
