I was wary as I usually am going into discount heaven, but the Targa 19" seemed to tick all the boxes - 8ms, DVI input, decent resolution, 19", good contrast. So, I picked one up for £199. So far so good. It seems to be just as good as my 17" Samsung LCD at work, although the pixels are a little sharp, but I guess that's just down to me tweaking the screen somewhat (it's also very very bright!)

    So far so good, though!

Is that Targa as in the same company who does the very expensive high end PC power supply units? Because they are one of the best for power supply's and maybe for the monitors now as well?
