Tardy sound from HK350

Hello,
Please can anyone help?

I see lots of folk need to delay the sound from their AVR to get lip sync right. The problem I'm getting is the other way around... the audio from my AVR is late, and so out of sync with the TV picture.

I have a Harmon Kardon 350, connected by optical cable to a Sky+HD box, which sends its pictures via HDMI to the TV (Goodmans GTVL27W23HD).

All sync delays (on HK350 + Sky box) are set to zero as it the PICTURE that needs delaying somehow. The tv's built in tiny speakers play the sound in time with the picture. It's making the HK350 unusable.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
Kind regards,
🍂 Tony. 🍃
