Tannoy r2 vs. B&W vm1

    Buying a new place so thought it was a good idea to get some wife friendly surround speakers so picked up 5 ex-demo b&w vm1 and AS1 sub , have sold my tannoy rc and yamaha sub/rear speakers. Still got my rather large tannoy r2 and cant decide wether to sell them too -

    so what do people reckon are gonna sound better in stereo my old r2 or the vm1's + as1 sub in stereo mode ? As they cost the about same (£250) ?

    keep the R2s. Fantastic speakers- way ahead of any B&W offerings below £500 imo
