As a first setup for my bedroom, I have a Denon AVR1507 and some Tannoy EFX5.1's

I ran the auto setup, and was reasonably happy, but realised it needed some tweaking. The crossover was set for 80Hz..

I understand that the crossover for this speaker set is 140Hz..

Limited by my Amp's settings, would setting a 120Hz or 150Hz crossover be better?

    Thanks

150hz would be fine if the speaker is designed to be crossed over at 140hz.

Agreed, but both should be tried to see what you think yourself, IMO :)
The figures for those speakers and sub are quoted at -6dB, so it's a case of suck it and see :)
