Tannot EFX5.1 Crossover Setting

As a first setup for my bedroom, I have a Denon AVR1507 and some Tannoy EFX5.1's

I ran the auto setup, and was reasonably happy, but realised it needed some tweaking. The crossover was set for 80Hz..

I understand that the crossover for this speaker set is 140Hz..

Limited by my Amp's settings, would setting a 120Hz or 150Hz crossover be better?

Agreed, but both should be tried to see what you think yourself, IMO
The figures for those speakers and sub are quoted at -6dB, so it's a case of suck it and see
