I purchased a T20 Tuner directly form TAG 02-2003 and a part of the display has developed a fault (it's gone very dim). As the unit came with a manufacturers 2 year warranty it should be coveredso I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction for service now Tag is no more?

    Thanks for your help

I personally think IAG have been brilliant. Considering the amount of work they have had to get through, turn around times are reducing all the time.

    Ouch!

All of my processors have been absolutely fine. With the possible exception of the DVD32, its reliable kit.

Spoke to the service desk the other day (OK, I had to phone them back) and the man was really helpful - knew what he was talking about etc.

Don't suppose the T20 has a varible brightness VFD like the other kit and therefore pressing the display button would brighten it up?

Thanks for the suggestion. The T20 is based on the Audiolab 8000T and has an older type display with no adjustments (not even off!).

The display semi-off and off is implemented as the back light bulbs slowly blow! :D
