Check on Tag's site for your local authorized dealer
    www.tagmclarenaudio.com

BTW, if you have the money for a processor at this end of the market you'll find it hard to hear one better than the av32r. It is mind blowing and fully upgradable :)
Easily the best purchase I've ever made :D

    Bad Ass,

How's the Rotel 1095 with the Tag.
I've been thinking about that combination for a while now.

Unfortunately you're limited in the NW for TAG, I think Sevenoaks in Liverpool sell Tag, Doug Brady in Warrington do but they know diddly about AV.

I'd recommend a trip up to Glasgow and see Gordon and the folks at StereoStereo.

Probably the best combination for the money. Some one on these boards said when he blind tested the Rotel against the more expensive Bryston their was no audible difference. Read as much as you want into that. But the biggest difference in the sound from my last intergated amp (Yamaha 3090) was the way that everything sounded more powerful. I guess this was down to the Kef's which need the extra muscle, the 3090 just ran out of steam.
I only had the Rotel a few months before the AV32R came along and Ive never looked back. Its hard to say which made the bigger difference, but when I only had the 1095 their still seemed to be something missing. The AV32R sorted that out. And now Ive switched back to using my Laser Disc player as my CD player I am very happy with the way it sounds. Ive even stopped thinking of upgrades for the first time in ten years, well unless another Rotel amp comes along for the extra two rear channels. The 1080 would do nicely. :D

What's the price for those Rotels and does anyone know the price for the Tag power amp (5 channels)?

    Need some reference ... Cheers!

    Bad Ass,
    Thanks for that.
Like you say ,the Rotel is affordable thats why I was thinking of it and then maybe an upgrade to a Tag processor at a later date.

The Rotel retail price is £1750 while the Tag goes for £2700. The Bryston at £3300 or there abouts. These prices are off the top of my head so I may be fractionally out.

I would also vouch for a Tag/Rotel combo. Sure there are better amps out there, but at the price they are hard to beat.

I can vouch for the Tag/Bryston combination. I too have been persuaded to stop upgrading for while. It's just clean accurate and listenable.

The TAG/Rotel combo is great VFM and if thats as far as your budget will stretch then I dont think you'll find anything at that price to beat it, BUT if you can afford it, then listen to the TAG/Bryston combo. It is amazing IMHO, cant fault it!
Just make sure you have a good listen to a few amps before you make your decision.
The TAG amp slots in between the Rotel & Bryston.

    Thanks for the advice.
The Tag/Bryston will be too much I'm afraid.
I'm thinking of doing it in stages, getting the Rotel for now and use it with my Yamaha DSP-A1.
Then buying the Tag to go with it at a later date.
