Just had a thought i have a Tag McLaren AV32R AV Pre-Amplifier Surround Sound Processor in the loft how much are they worth these days?
im sure it has the 7.1 upgrade

It depends on spec - i.e. does it have the 192kHz DACs, the 5.1 bypass board, and is it dual-processor?

There are two on a well known auction site at the moment that are not shifting and have been listed several times at circa. £250, but they have the base spec.

It's very hard to sell pre hdmi AV pre, people want the new formats, onboard room correction, streaming, HDR, 4k etc.

Total agree with you hence i bought a new receiver
but the Tag is still better at processing on a like to like basis
It may be worth a punt trying to selling on here for about £150.00 the remote must be worth £100 lol

You can see the processor in the picture, if you buy it i would need to power it up as its not been used for a couple of years
Yes i would post it as the box is very strong
How much are you offering? + postage cost is what it is
if we agree i will have to place it on the classified's

I will do £150.00 plus postage but it will only be insured for £150.00
Give me 10 to 15 minutes to load some images and test it

Right have taken some images and she powered up
i will create a for sale advert on the amp/processor section of these forums for £150.00 + post
i recon the post will be £14 to £18.00 tops on Interparcel
