What? You just paid £17.99 on a film you ain't seen before? Sounds like you got money to burn mate. Fancy throwing some change my way to help with the load of DVDs I really shouldn't have ordered the weekend :D

Anyways, I ordered this film for CD Wow last year (2 disc, around 6 or 7 quid at the time I think) following it's overwhelmingly glowing praise it was receiving throughout the forum. Didn't like it. Found it very melodramatic and the dialogue really irked me, as did the score iirc (DTS rocked though).

Just thought you'd like a different opinion considering your about to pay almost triple what I did on a film you may or may not end up enjoying.

Also the 2nd disc has no english subs so it def ain't worth £17.99

    Hope that helps

    (Yay, 100th post  )

Ah this is that war film. I already have this but didn't recognize it because of the spelling (Taegukgi)!

Still haven't got round to seeing it though. Unfortunately, it's behind a long list of titles...

I have the collectors box set which we watched last night and the missus was crying all over the place, suffice to say I had a pretty big frog in my throat.

Knocks spots off Saving Private Ryan...Excellent.

great film - i got the cheapo version from cdwow and liked it so much i got the limited korean version.

its very melodramitic in places as explained above but dont let that put you off

silmido is another great film - and slightly better in my opinion.
