Can anybody help me out deciding, i only really use the ipaq for the calendar, contacts and tasks, and its getting quite annoying having to keep synching between all three devices, is their any reason to keep the t610 and the ipaq?

    I don't think so.

The P900 is a much better phone than the t610 anyway, and when you add the pda, email, web browser and gprs and other functions too, then it makes an excellent communication tool.

P900 is a superb bit of kit. I'm a very heavy business user and so find faults and annoyances quickly, but this has been superb.
