I've been meaning to get this film on DVD for some time and now that I finally have a 6.1 home theatre set-up I can finally purchase the definitive 'video' & 'audio' version.

Do both R1/R2 DVD movie contain a DTS 6.1 disrete soundtrack? - I've read tons of reviews but none mentioned about a DTS 6.1 disrete mix.

I also read that in the R1 version, you have the choice of either watching the original 'theatrical version' or the 'special edition' version and apparantly one of them have been submitted from the R2 version. Can someone please clarify this?

The R1 version has a DTS ES matrix soundtrack.

Does there actually exist a T2 DVD with a DTS 6.1 discrete mix?

R1 has the 3 different versions of the movie. However, R2 does have the extra scenes as Deleted Scenes but they are not in the movie itself. The R1 version uses Seamless Branching to put the Deleted Scenes in the correct place
