System restart

At present for some reason, when I select "Shut Down" it shuts down OK, but within a few seconds it reboots,

Has it got Sleep activated, if so how to re-configure it.:(

Like Andy said make sure you are actually shutting down and not (by accident) putting it into sleep/hibernate.

Followed the Vista article to convert power button to Shut Down,

Also put the Shotdown on Sidebar.

Still rebooting.

Treacle I used to have a similar problem on XP... turns out it was a driver issue between my graphics card and motherboard. Matrix GFX and Gigabyte Mobo, don't know if it's worth checking those... mebbe if you have a spare GFX laying about.
