    Hi.

I am considering connecting my amp and audio out from the plasma through a QED System Switching Unit - MA19. This way I can have audio from the plasma for everyday TV viewing or through the amp for surround sound.

Another option is to get separate speakers just for the TV viewing.

First option is cheaper and less "clutter", but I was wondering if running the speaker wire through the switching Unit will degrade the signal.

    I have the following setup:
    Fujitsu 42VHA30 outputting 10W. Yamaha RX-V1400. KEF KHT5005. QED 25 SA Cable.

    Thanks in advance

    Cheers
