3 is my fav John - the shallow DOF in the 1st two makes the OOF heads quite distracting for me I'm afraid...
 
Cracking set, and agree 3's the pick of the bunch. I don't agree with the DOF though, I think it works well and really like 2. I think with the first ideally I could've done with seeing a bit more of the bird in the foreground's neck as he looks just a touch too cropped for me, but otherwise great pic.
 
Problem for me is that they're not "enough" OOF and it hurts my eyes as I get drawn to them and try to get them in focus....
