SVS PB1000 ... Dilema

Help!

What should I do?
I ordered PB-1000 (out of stock) but been waiting over a week. I only watch TV / Movies 100%.

Hi

I have just spoken to SVS UK and they are telling me it will now be a couple of weeks before the new batch reaches the UK

I can provide an SB12 NSD at a discount if you wish.

Sincere apologies for the delay.

Kind regards

Update

I am really sorry, we were incorrectly informed by SVS UK. We can supply the SB12NSD for £599 as a gesture of goodwill for the disappointment.

My money would be going to bk and dependent on colour you could have in a couple of days.

Lol I'm in a similar situation and want the svs because of size as I can't fit the monolith in a decent position in my room

I have been offered a Paradigm SE for £500 not sure if I should take it?

That's what I have found out and waiting... I was going to order that from Germany as well, but decided not too i.e. may not have a UK plug / voltage.

Please post here and let me know once the subwoofer arrives.

Interesting I didn't think of voltage issues?

Just checked the user manual online and it looks ok the power had variable voltage built in so just a matter of using a UK plug with it

I think the big European countries are 220V so should be fine :)

Your package it says 220 voltage, should it not be 240 voltage for UK ?

What type of plug? 3 pin or 3 plug electrical plug.

Voltage allows for +-10% so it should be fine.

 Looking forward to the review. Torn between this and the BK XXLS400

This review should help me make the call. If Frank Harvey HiFi can't help - Germany it is :smashin:
