You will need to connect an audio cable from the TV to the h/c system. A quick google revealed that your h/c system has both optical and phono inputs.

Check the rear of your TV and the manual and look for:

Optical audio out (spdif) - Optical cable (fisual pro at audiovisualonline is fine at £5)
Analogue red/white phono out (make sure it's an output not an input) (profigold are fine at £10)

Alternatively some TVs output audio over SCART so you would need a switchable SCART adapter (tvcables sell them) set to OUT with a phono cable from the adapter to the analogue phono input on the h/c system.

Then simply select this external input on the remote and you should hear your TV audio through the speakers.

Thanks for that, top man. One more thing though, I would like to hide the DVD behind the tv on the wall (it's on a tilt, turn bracket with room behind it), do these DVD layers have to sit flat or can they be stored vertically, if you no what I mean??

It depends on the player. It should be pretty obvious whether the player is designed to be sat vertically. The manual should also tell you.

I plugged in my speakers and only 2 seem to work, the other 3 just have hissing coming from them, I've swapped them over so it's not the speakers. Any ideas?:lease:

Its because you are listening to a stereo source. The hissing you hear is just interference.

Press the Pro Logic button on your remote to play it through all speakers.
