Surfing the NET on the Wii?

Does PSO work online on the Wii since it's online it self?

Dunno, my Gamecube games are NTSC and my Wii is PAL so cannot try.

However, I'm sure SEGA pulled the plug on the PSO Gamecube servers aaaages ago now!

They are using Opera which was deigned to handle small screens like mobile phones. It uses zooming so you can see the whole page on one screen, here's a demo from Nintendo's site:

I'm a web designer by trade and I bought a Wii so I could check that all my sites work correctly. That's what I'm telling my accountant when he questions why my company bought a Wii!!

We'll have to wait and see exactly what content we can view on the Opera Browser, but they have confirmed Flash compatibility, so sites like CBeebies will be great for kids on it.

Just in case you don't know, you void your warrenty by plugging in USB devices that aren't recommended by Nintendo.

The Swedish Nintendo site said it would be released in Europe on December 23rd.
But it hasn't been confirmed anywhere else.
