Supplier for XDAIIi In-Car Cradle?

Hiya,

I'm looking to get a powered cradle for my XDAIIi, either hard-wired or fed by the Cigarette lighter socket. I've been looking at the Brodit offerings. Does anyone have any experience of these or similar? Where is a good place to obtain these from?

Finally, am I right in thinking that a XDAII bracket and power feed will fit the XDAIIi fine?

Dont know about the IIi but my Brodit bracket and powered cradle for my XDA2 are superb, look very profesional when fitted and no holes!!

Mines powered via the cigar lighter, not sure where I got it from, it's on my offuice PC, I'll post a link if I can find it.

Aye I'd seen them when I'd been digging around.

It's probably just me being stingy but does anyone else think 50 quid is a lot of money for a small lump of plastic and a wire?

Anyone know anywhere cheaper?

 

Must admit I agree, off Ebay I bought a £7 car mount that comes with vent and screen fittings with my GPS receiver and a £5 cigarette lighter charger and it works a treat with my XDAIIs

Bah! Navcity were terrible, they sat on my order for just over a week, refused to answer e-mails from me asking what was going on with the order then out of the blue send me an e-mail saying...
