Superb support from Nebula

    I'm one of those unlucky ones who can't use the Nebula card without break-up on some channels.

    Nebula have sent me the upgraded card and now we're going to try the USB version.

    Just wanted to record what superb help and support they've given. This is a great product, but has problems in certain PC configurations. I'm determined to give it every last chance - I may even change the PC to suit the card!

    Just to repeat - thanks guys at Nebula, the very definition of customer support.

    I have appauling breakup on my Nebula card, I must give them a call. It's absolutely unwatchable. I did wonder whether it was that I am now using 1280 X 720 @ 75hz, but it could just be a duff card.

    I'll give them a call on Monday, thanks for the info.
