I have to purchase one of them. S9 seems to be "better": More powerful (350w vs 300W) A bit bigger and heavier... And price is half of REL. ¿What to choose?

Well there is two page review with measurements for S9.

It should offer similar performance than REL, so between those two S9 would be a no brainer! But you didn`t tell your room size and use (movies/music %). Read the review carefully so that you understand it`s not a sub for crazy blockbuster/action movies.

"Despite the dedicated LFE input and level knob, the S.9 doesn't, in my opinion, have sufficient deep bass extension to be the ultimate home theater subwoofer. It's good for light-duty movie viewing, but blockbuster action movies can overwhelm it.

I'd say the S.9 is fine for audiophiles who want to watch an occasional movie through their systems or people who rarely watch action movies. Serious home theater aficionados need a more muscular sub."

If you have small room and are after subwoofer that can shake the house with movies and extend much lower, then look for SVS SB2000. There would be also more choices depending where you live.
