I'm just about to start the first half of an upgrade on my vinyl based system – the amp (speakers follow in 6 months or so). The Musical Fidelity A3.2cr pre amp looks like being the one. Ideally I’d like to partner it with it’s brother the A3.2cr power amp but few of them seem to come up second-hand compared to the preamp. My question is what other power amps should I keep an eye out for in the £350 to £650 used range?

To join a Linn Sondek LP12/ Akito/ K9 (plus Musical Fidelity MC2 speakers short term).

Could look for the 200w tubular monobloc power amps from MF, cracking sound.

A tag 100p might go well, they appear as often as the a3 power though, I don't know how you would feel about an intergrated but the MF A300 might suit too. Lots of power, thought it sounded better then the A3 pre/power combination but that will be at the upper end of the scale.
