Suggest me a set-up

I'm looking to build a new PC, but it's a while since I built my last PC (about 4 or 5 years) so I'm a little out of touch with what the good components are these days.
Would someone be so kind as to suggest a decent setup?
Budget of around £800 although some flexibility on this, PC mainly used for browsing net and gaming, as well as some limited work use, I want something thats going to last me a few years so a reasonably powerful rig im after.

EDIT - I've always used AMD CPU's and nVidia GPU's in all my previous builds and found them to be excellent, so if these can be incorporated into it then all the better

Any tweaks / modifications / things i don't really need please let me know what you think, like I said in the OP, I havent done this for a while

Personally i'd upgrade the graphics card to a GTX260 . Also Scan.co.uk will be cheaper than overclockers, though overclockers do have a really cheap GTX280 on offer at the minute (same price as a GTX260)

If the GTX cards are too expensive then look at a ATI4870 card
