recently bought an iomega nas cloud edition, but it doesn't seem to want to work properly with my bt infinity home hub 3 router. Apparently the router has a problem with upnp and wont allow me to remote access the nas.

could anyone suggest a good router that will enable me to do this. TIA.

Any router with UPnP will be suitable. It seems to be a failing of the Homehub 3 not having this.(or does have it but it doesn't seem to work too well.)

Have you followed the User Guide for remote access ? (TZO registration).
Have you sorted out port forwarding or placed NAS in the DMZ zone on your router ?
