I have a humax hd fox freeview box and I want to run a subwoofer from the l and r phono output on the back and then run my monitor audio bronze b1 speakers from the subwoofer. I gather the subwoofer needs an audio out capability.
    I have £150, any ideas?

The sub can connect to the Humax but the MA's will still need an amplifier.
What you need is a AV amp with sub out and speaker outs.
The Humax will then plug into the AV amp.

O.K. but is there anything like what you would use with a computer you know a small 2.1 system, is there anything like this but better?
