subwoofer suggestions

i need to buy a sub and my budget is US$1000-1200
i need it for movies
amp: denon 3802
fronts: b&w 604 s3


any rcommendations?....3-4 names/models would be appreciated

also, how good are the new b&w 600/650/675 subs?

Hi

How about the Velodyne range of subs either the CHT10,12 or even better the CHT15.

Other brands to look at are SVS, Rel, M&K.

Not heard the B&W subs so can´t comment I´m afraid.

Hi there,

The B&W 675 is s'posed to be a very good match for the S3 range both verry tight and very low bass and it would match cosmeticaly.

Retails in the UK for aroud £600.

and ...I want one!
